HIDE ver 1.0 By Kenneth E. Sandquist Jr.
Vision Software January 07, 1992
------------------------------------------
Hide is a nice, small utility that will allow you to hide/un-hide files
and directories on the fly! Conceal those games directories on the machine
at work and still use them (for now, you have to remember which ones you hid
or use NORTON or QD to locate the directories/files that have been hidden!
The next version will allow you to view hidden files/directories!)!
Usage: HIDE [parameter] {d:}filename
Where parameter:
-u = un-hide filename.
d: = drive specifier.
filename = filename or directory to hide.
EXAMPLE:
Let's say we have a directory called C:\GAMES that we don't really want
certain authority figures to discover...Just do the following:
HIDE C:\GAMES
That's it!
Now if we want to UN-hide C:\GAMES:
HIDE -U C:\GAMES
Filenames work the exact same way!
Very handy!
